An entirely new category of switches.

The relay introduced the telephone to every home. The transistor did the same for computers and smartphones. Both were revolutionary in their time, but both have serious limitations.
With the introduction of the Ideal Switch™, we’ve combined the strengths of the relay (metal-to-metal contact when closed and air gap when open) with the merits of the transistor (ultra-reliable and scalable manufacturing).
