Description

Federal Contract Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident.

The Data Analyst is responsible for the database and data tracking activities for the Eagle Lake Children's Center. The Data Analyst works with the Program Director to plan and organize data, monitoring, and quality assurance activities.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Create new cases in the program case management database.
  • Ensure cases are kept up to date in all databases according to contract and program policy.
  • Report monthly program data outcomes and create reports based on raw data.
  • Ensure data entry compliance and maintain program records.
  • Assist with the design, collection and tracking of programmatic outcomes.
  • Ensure data integrity.
  • Comply with policies and procedures governing the program and ensure that the program is operating at maximum efficiency.
  • Assist with technical and proposal writing.
  • Assist with ongoing desk monitoring and case audits of all cases served at Eagle Lake Children's Center.
  • Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must be at least 21 years old or older.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken language skills) preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google tools.
  • Successfully pass a TB test annually.
  • Be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks and have the skills necessary to perform assigned task.
  • Pass a criminal history screen, including state, federal, and local child protection agency registries.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality.
  • Affidavit for Applicants for Employment with a Licensed Operation or Registered Children's Home.


EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree in IT or social work, social sciences, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum of 1 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations; 3 years preferred. Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of time.Research and technical writing skills. Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken language skills) preferred.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clean record required.

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid position (several days per week onsite). Must have access to a home office to provide confidential and private work or have flexibility to change work locations to an office setting as appropriate.
