The Department of Athletic Human Resources (Athletic HR) serves as a strategic partner within the University of Minnesota Athletic Department, supporting the development, engagement, and well-being of all athletic staff and personnel. This department collaborates closely with university-wide HR and compliance units to ensure alignment with institutional policies, NCAA regulations, and Big Ten Conference standards. Focused on cultivating a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and compliance, Athletic HR plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining a diverse and talented workforce that supports Gopher Athletics' mission of academic and athletic achievement. Pay Range: $15.25; depending on education/qualifications/experience Please visit the Office of Student Health Benefits website for more information regarding benefit eligibility. Student workers are eligible to participate in the Student Health Benefit Plan, if they maintain 6 or more eligible course credits within a given semester.
