Our Company Adobe Research is seeking research scientists in computer graphics, computer vision and machine learning to join the Creative Intelligence Lab, based in San Jose. This is an exciting opportunity to envision and build the creative tools of the future. As a research scientist at Adobe, you will be working with a best-in-class team of research scientists and engineers to invent algorithms for hard research problems, and incorporate these algorithms into Adobe products, thus putting your work in the hands of artists and designers. Our lab encourages publication of research ideas and supports collaborative research efforts with academic institutions. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
