Would you like to make a meaningful impact for a team of executives who run a boutique software company? Setting aside that our product is already and will be even more impactful in the IT space, what's unique about this opportunity is that you can wear many hats and be a go-to person for a group of very experienced, senior technology executives and entrepreneurs. You will learn tons by osmosis and as you learn, you can shape where you grow your career. So what would you have to do? You would coordinate with clients and partners, hold important to do lists, track activities with busy people (basically herd cats to get things done!). You will book meetings, take notes, update our CRM system and our wiki system. You will attend engineering scrums and other business meetings on both business and technical topics. You might plan marketing events, attend marketing events and client meetings, edit and/or write business or technical case studies, write quotes, post on social media, coordinate the software evaluation process for some clients, etc. If you have a technical inclination, you might learn to demonstrate our software or triage support tickets and pursue more technical responsibilities. If you like sales and marketing, you might sell our technology or participate more in the sales process and/or coordinate marketing. If you like organization, we have a lot of infrastructure to build so we can coordinate more effectively. We have a home grown CRM system so you could be exposed to how that kind of internal application development works. As you contribute and make yourself invaluable, you will have choices about your role and the opportunity to potentially hire and manage others. What do you have to bring to the table? We're open to both experienced and not so experienced candidates. This role is about being a great team player and open to learning. You need to be comfortable learning computer programs like GoogleSheets, wiki software, etc. You need to be really detail-oriented, a good project manager, and very, very reliable. You need to be able to work in our Waltham, MA headquarters at least a few days a week but we are largely a distributed organization with colleagues around the US and in Europe. Sound good? The application requirements are listed below and if you have gotten this far reading the ad, here is our advice. If this lights you up, tell us why. Do a bit of homework on our technology and company and write a cover letter that shows us you can pay attention and have the passion and skills to make an impact here. We're really looking forward to finding that one person who is perfect for us and will appreciate this opportunity. Requirements Qualified applicants must have:
