Showroom Coordinator

Job Description: Job Description: At the front desk, check schedule to see if they have an appointment. Assist with grabbing orders if need be. Taking customer calls here and there. High level customer service with business attirer, Jeans on Fridays (NO tattered jeans)

Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom.
Answer incoming showroom calls.
Effectively communicate appointment policy.
Prepare literature packages.
Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book.
Maintain bid follow-up system.-Train on this (Trilogie)
Address "Thank You" cards for whole house selections.

Qualifications:
High school degree required.
Experience in retail,or sales and customer service.
Computer experience, Outlook, teams, excel, email, scheduling appointment with sales rep on outlook calendar
Customer service oriented (friendly and personable)
Comments for Suppliers: Business casual attire is required daily. Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm but hours will be discussed in interview. Potentially Saturdays may be needed once trained and once a month.
