Summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator (Technical Program Analysis, Junior Analyst) to support the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). This facility supports the mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force. The NCRC facility may also support non-DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia, and international partners. This position is contingent upon award at our Patuxent Naval Air Station, MD location.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Create milestone schedules
  • Administer, test, and implement computer systems, databases, and networks.
  • Coordinate changes to computer systems and track all configurations accordingly.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve system performance issues, database capacity/scalability, and network composition and capability.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer systems.
  • Draft vendor delivery policies
  • Derive accurate manpower estimates
  • Prepare technical summary reports for management.
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
  • This position supports the program and all other duties as assigned.


Travel

10% - 15% to other sites, as needed

Required Qualifications



  • Relevant experience working with DoD Government customers
  • High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills, and adapt seamlessly to an ever-changing security environment
  • High degree of organization and excellent verbal / written communication skills.
  • Impeccable problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable with rapid turnaround customer expectation.
  • Excellent with customer communication and interactions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Desired Qualifications



  • Expertise in Microsoft Project/scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data sanitization practices
  • Experience with event planning (pre-event planning, event planning, event execution, post event analysis, post event reporting).
  • Experience with software used for event planning
  • Working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.
  • Knowledge of new and emerging information technology (IT) and cybersecurity technologies.

Clearance

All applicants for this position must hold a current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain aTop-Secret/SCI Eligible clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
