Wolf Street, Baltimore, MD 21287 Position Summary: Assist physicians in performing invasive procedures, coordinating care in an assigned room, and providing patient care. Responsible for optimizing team performance by participating as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team. Education: Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiologic Technology required. AA degree preferred. Work Experience: No direct cardiology experience required Required Licensure, Certification: Must be licensed by the State of Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance as a Radiology Technologist. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). CVRT I: Current BLS/ACLS Certification required within 1 year from the end of orientation date. Advanced certification is encouraged. Must pass JHH Arrhythmia Course and Exam before recording independently CVRT II: Current BLS/ACLS Certification required. CI or CV registry is encouraged, in Electrophysiology, RCES registry and HRS certification is encouraged. Current PALS Certification is required if in pediatric cardiology. Must pass the JHH Arrhythmia Recognition exam annually. Salary Range: Minimum 41.70/hour - Maximum 68.85/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
