The Role

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests'uniquestories and needs, you will deliverWOWexperiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

STARTING PAY RATE: $14.62

DAY TO DAY:

• Take and place order, and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 1 year of experience as food handler in a fast-paced restaurant
