Position Summary The maintenance worker is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire facility including repairs and ensuring equipment is safe to operate at all times under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Pay Rate $16.00/hr. - $18.00/hr. Essential Functions Duties & Responsibilities: (not listed in order of priority)
Working Conditions Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Must be able to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Due to licensing requirements, must be fully vaccinated and have booster shot or accept booster shot within 15 days of eligibility. This position requires employee to be vaccinated from COVID-19. Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Experience Working With The Homeless Population and Persons With Addiction/Alcohol Problems. (preferred)
Forklift Certification. (preferred) 3 years: Minimum Experience In The Building Maintenance Field. (required) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
TB cleared certificate (required) Skills
