Service Center Representative

SERVICE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

John R. Burt Enterprises has a full-time opening for a Service Center Representative in their Service Center. The position is located at the Duro-Last Roofing Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer experience for building owners requesting roofing service
• Receive service requests and coordinate repairs for Duro-Last roofing systems and Corporate Accounts with Service Agreements
• Provide follow-up communications to building owners regarding repairs completed
• Process warranty claims, generate accounts receivable invoices, and process contractor invoices
• Create and maintain customer accounts
• Follow-up on past due repair invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or administrative position
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Strong phone/verbal/written communication skills
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule
