Propeller is a management consulting firm with offices in Portland, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Denver - and growing into Dallas and Minneapolis. We're consultants, fixers, and change makers - but mostly we're a company full of people who love the adventure of solving complex problems.

Propeller is a local-for-local consulting firm. We believe that being physically present with each other and our clients strengthens our relationships, promotes creativity and innovation, and ultimately produces a stronger, more durable result for our clients and ourselves. Our team members work in a hybrid model, spending at least 2 days per week working from their local Propeller office or the client site. Applicants should currently live in or are planning to relocate to one of the metro areas where we operate, which are:
