Job Responsibilities

*Develop Maintain Hybrid Diagrams across all domains

*Ensure current state domain diagrams are up to date

*Maintain Vendor/Application Landscape

*IT Scoping

*Systems Impact Identification

*Project Collision Identification

*Vendor Capability Assessments

*Consult on Health Plan Road maps

*Gap Identification

*Conceptual Design of Future State (high level infrastructure)

*Work with IT Scale Ops on LOE on HLBRs (t-shirt sizing)

*Preform all IT Assessments allowing BRMS to calculate ROMs for On/Off Cycle Project Request

*WS IT Escalation POC

*Support PM with IT Issue Resolution and Corrective Actions

*Owners of IT Domain Functions/Subfunctions list

*Critical Path Mapping

*Rationalize WS deliverables for Programs/Projects

Job Requirements:

  • Required- Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience with a degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
  • Required - specifically claims architect with Health Plan experience, specifically around claims

For compliance with the Washington State laws, the full pay range of the position for the state of Washington is posted as $71,370.00 to $118,950.00 with a target hiring range of $71,370.00 to $110,000.00.

The domain architect proactively and holistically leads and supports EA activities that guide the development and management of domain and infrastructure solutions. These solutions enable the organization's future-state business capabilities and drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. Technologies include data center, infrastructure, cloud, mobile, AI, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, edge computing and immersive experiences technologies.

Domain architects provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the development of an enterprise's technical and infrastructure architecture. Domain architects create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (standards, guidelines, individual parts, platforms, and configurations) for evolving the technical infrastructure across the enterprise, to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes. They enable and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business outcomes through facilitating and making technical decisions.

An Experienced Professional applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: * Works independently with general supervision. * Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. * May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
