- Strong experience in Supply Chain processes such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, and Order Fulfillment.
- Techno-functional product management experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create business cases, requirements, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong Supply Chain Knowledge
- Strong warehouse and DF knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technology teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize enhancements.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance.
- Support change management, user adoption, and training activities
