We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jewelry Assembler to join our production team. This role focuses primarily on the assembly of custom jewelry pieces, ensuring each product meets our standards for quality, precision, and craftsmanship. You may also occasionally operate laser engraving machines to personalize jewelry as needed. Training may begin with reduced hours, and schedules expand as production ramps up toward peak.

Job Duties

• Assemble jewelry components such as chains, clasps, pendants, and charms with precision
• Inspect and test assembled items to ensure quality and accuracy
• Size rings to customer specifications
• Package finished jewelry in branded jewelry boxes for shipment
• Package and ship products in accordance with internal fulfillment standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements

• Prior engraving, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
• Operate galvo- and gantry-based fiber, and UV lasers to engrave text, logos, and custom artwork.
• Prepare order files and set designs in engraving software for production.
• Match products to personalization details and verify engraving accuracy.
• Inspect engraved products for precision, quality, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or software issues during production.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as cleaning, packaging, and staging products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Work as part of a collaborative production team.
• While assigned primarily to engraving, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating laser engraving equipment preferred but not required (training provided).
• Familiarity with LightBurn or other engraving software a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for alignment and finishing.
• Comfortable using computers and software for production workflows.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Good visual acuity for alignment and quality control tasks
