This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact on critical marketing and media operations, shaping how campaigns perform and how strategic decisions are made across the business.

This role offers a unique chance to be at the heart of strategic decision-making, where your analytical prowess and project leadership will directly influence business outcomes. Your strategic insights will directly influence business outcomes, and your ability to drive projects forward will be key to the success of high-visibility initiatives, offering significant opportunities for leadership and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead every phase of the project life cycle, from defining business needs and setting requirements to assessing impact, designing solutions, and ensuring successful rollout.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, design, development, and implementation of standardized reporting, optimized business processes, and robust information systems solutions.
  • Build and meticulously maintain dashboards and develop business strategies for a diverse portfolio of projects, initiatives, and business categories.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for your assigned projects or specific areas of the business.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis that underpins real, impactful business decisions.
  • Establish and report on key performance metrics that clearly demonstrate business value and return on investment.
  • Proactively track category and program performance, identifying and flagging emerging trends early to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Act as a trusted strategic thought partner, providing critical insights and recommendations on key issues facing the business.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and exceptional project leadership skills.

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience is a hard requirement, as you will be working within the platform daily and building reports from its data.
  • Proven experience owning projects end-to-end within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
  • Extensive experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • Expertise in business requirements gathering and thorough documentation practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and articulate your insights effectively in a professional setting.

These additional skills and experiences will help you stand out and hit the ground running:

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or Google Ad Manager.
  • A background in marketing operations, media operations, or campaign analytics.
  • Experience within the retail, e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
