What You Can Expect:

  Project Management:Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. Your contributions will directly influence our HR strategy.

  Recruiting & Hiring:Get hands-on experience in the recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the interview process.You'llplay a pivotal role in bringing new talent into our organization.

  HR Compliance & Employment Law:Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality.You'llhelp ensure that our HR practices are legally compliant and efficient.

  Employee Benefits & Payroll:Support the management of employee benefits,assistingwith new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues.You'llalso learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.

  
  

What We're Looking For:

  Currently pursuing aBachelor's degree inHuman Resourcesor related field

  Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.

  Must be at least 18 years of age.

  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

  Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and internetapplicationis essential.You should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
