Description Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (Seasonal) White Haven, PA - ProLogistix This position is a 4-month contract assignment designed to support increased seasonal demand. Hours: Mon - Fri 11:30am - 8pm REQUIRED: Bilingual fluent in Spanish/English We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Seasonal Staffing Recruiter to support a large warehouse distribution client during peak season hiring. This on-site role is responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding high volumes of temporary employees for positions including Pickers, Packers, Cherry Picker Operators, and Lumpers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and can effectively manage multiple openings while ensuring staffing levels meet operational demands. This position serves as a key partner to client leadership, helping maintain a reliable workforce during critical business periods. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire temporary associates to support peak-season warehouse operations. Source, screen, and interview candidates for Picker, Packer, Cherry Picker Operator, and Lumper positions. Manage high-volume recruiting efforts to meet daily and weekly hiring goals. Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including employment documentation and pre-employment screenings. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast staffing needs and address workforce challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations. Ideal Candidate Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
