Role Summary:
Join Triumph as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting various leadership teams across the enterprise. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to our executives-keeping schedules on track, projects moving forward, and communication flowing smoothly. If you enjoy being the go-to person who brings clarity, organization, and service-minded support to a fast-moving team, this is a great opportunity to shine.

Day in the Life:
Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to support leaders by keeping calendars aligned, preparing polished documents, coordinating cross-team updates, and making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. You'll be the connection point that helps the team stay organized, informed, and focused on key milestones.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate communication for the executive team

  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents

  • Conduct research and gather data to support leadership needs

  • Compile team updates and help track progress toward milestones

  • Coordinate schedules across teams to support collaboration

  • Capture and publish software release notes

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally

  • Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes

  • Review incoming memos, emails, and reports to determine next steps

  • Maintain and organize corporate records and documents

  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  • Process expense reports for executive credit cards

  • Support additional projects and tasks as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 3-5 years of administrative or project support experience

  • Experience supporting leaders or cross-functional teams in a professional environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
