Are you passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and solving business problems? As a Product Analyst Intern, you will work alongside a cross-functional product team focused on delivering digital solutions that improve how employees work and interact with enterprise technologies.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, low-code development, and product delivery. This role is designed for students who are interested in the intersection of business problem solving, AI-enabled technology, and hands-on digital product delivery. You will learn how enterprise technology teams identify opportunities, test ideas, build solutions, and measure whether those solutions create value.

The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program running from late May to early August 2027.

Our Team

Koch Technology delivers enterprise technology solutions that enable Koch businesses around the world. Our team focuses on product management, enterprise service management, workflow automation, AI-enabled experiences, and SaaS platforms. Interns work alongside product managers, solution architects, analysts, and technology professionals to solve complex business challenges while developing both technical and consulting capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with product team members to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to create value through technology
  • Shadow business stakeholders to understand real workflows, pain points, exceptions, and improved opportunities before recommending a solution.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and enhancement of enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Help define expected business value, success measures, adoption considerations and trade-offs for proposed improvements.
  • Explore and develop AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, agents, and copilots that improve employee experience and business outcomes
  • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance activities that support successful product delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Koch businesses to understand challenges and recommend solutions
  • Use experimentation, data, and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Experience in using AI-assisted, analytical or digital technology tools to complete coursework, projects, internships, research or work assignments
  • Familiarity or knowledge of one or more technical areas such as scripting, data analysis, APIs, low-code development, automation, AI tools or software configuration
  • Eligible for full-time work by June 2028
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa transfer or visa sponsorship

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS applications, or workflow-based technologies
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, leading projects, or presenting recommendations
