Location - Westlake TX 76262 On-Site 4 days per week one day remote


6 month engagement- Filling in for current team members on leave

Job Details:


  • DAFgiving360 is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world.
  • The Legal team provides sound legal advice, guidance and support that promotes the adherence to applicable laws, ethical principles, and professional standards while supporting DAFgiving360's mission.



Our opportunity:

  • As a Paralegal on the Legal team, you will support business contracts and grant agreements by drafting, reviewing, tracking, coordinating execution, and maintaining contract and agreement records.
  • You will also assist with DAFgiving360's multi-state licensing and registration obligations; help review, research, and resolve legal guidance requests from business teams; monitor the Service of Process program; support the collection, preparation, and production of documents and information in response to subpoenas and regulatory requests; and assist with charity due diligence research and related legal analysis.
  • This position will report to the Director, Legal Counsel; work closely with the Legal team's Senior Managers; and is expected to continue through March 2027.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; can communicate with all staff levels, including senior management
  • High degree or professionalism, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
  • Mid-level paralegal (5+ years) experience
  • General computer proficiency with Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
