Senior Instructor: * Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Unrestricted Colorado medical license and eligibility for clinical privileges at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. * Faculty appointment at the level of Senior Instructor or above in the University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics and hospital-based care. * Previous physician leadership experience preferred. * Current BLS certification * Four (4) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Assistant Professor: * Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Unrestricted Colorado medical license and eligibility for clinical privileges at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. * Faculty appointment at the level of Senior Instructor or above in the University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics and hospital-based care. * Previous physician leadership experience preferred. * Demonstrated commitment to quality, patient safety, physician professionalism, and collaborative care. * Current BLS certification * Six (6) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Associate Professor: * Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Unrestricted Colorado medical license and eligibility for clinical privileges at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. * Faculty appointment at the level of Senior Instructor or above in the University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. * Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics and hospital-based care. * Previous physician leadership experience preferred. * Current BLS certification * Seven (7) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in an OB Hospitalist, Labor and Delivery leadership, or similar hospital-based leadership role. * Experience developing or implementing quality improvement initiatives. * Experience using clinical and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. * Demonstrated ability to lead through change and build consensus among physicians and multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with physician recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, or professional development. * Strong understanding of the operational needs of a high-volume obstetric service. * Experience in high-volume and/or high-risk obstetrics * Experience supporting clinical education * Knowledge of Epic electronic medical record systems Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. * Effective written, verbal, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills. * Ability to build collaborative working relationships across disciplines and organizational levels. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Demonstrated leadership, accountability, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. * Ability to manage competing priorities and address conflict constructively. * Commitment to continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. * Labor management expertise, including normal and high-risk labor progression. * Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation. * Ability to interpret both gynecologic and obstetric ultrasounds. * Knowledge of gynecologic evaluation, management, and routine gynecologic surgery.
