Drive Testing Excellence and Lead High-Performing Teams
We seek a passionate Test Industrial Manager to drive the design and development of advanced testing solutions for rail systems. Join dedicated teams committed to delivering excellence and reliability, where your expertise will directly impact the safety and performance of transportation networks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Test & Commissioning engineers and technicians, providing daily direction, coaching, and support.
  • Manage testing workshop planning, workload allocation, and resource availability.
  • Ensure testing activities are performed according to approved procedures and acceptance criteria, with accurate recording of results.
  • Coordinate the handover process from Manufacturing to Testing.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to quality, productivity, lead time, customer acceptance, and EHS.
  • Ensure the availability of required tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Consolidate test reports and communicate project performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Project, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer representatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safety compliance.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning within rail, factory automation, process industry, or similar industrial environments.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical and control systems, onboard communications, and network systems.
  • Understanding of electrical processes such as cabling, earthing & bonding, protection systems, and instrumentation.

Salary Range

In accordance with New York State pay transparency requirements, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, and qualifications. This salary range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus opportunities, incentive compensation, or other benefits.
