This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. We are seeking dependable Assembly Production Workers to join a fast-paced production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and can maintain both speed and accuracy while assembling products to customer specifications.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Entry-level position; prior assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Assemble products according to customer specifications
• Count, sort, pick, and kit materials and components
• Apply labels and package finished products
• Fold, measure, and inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Compare finished items against specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed
