Experience Requirements 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity. Job Duties Assemble products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. Create and follow assembly plans using technical documents and prior experience. Verify components and finished products meet quality standards. Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production requirements and potential issues. Support production goals while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
