Previous payroll, administrative, data entry, or office experience preferred Experience working with Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and problem-solving skills Experience reviewing and verifying data is helpful Job Duties Review and verify driver payroll information for accuracy Compare Samsara hours, breaks, and driver records against payroll data Identify and correct discrepancies in payroll-related information Maintain accurate records and documentation Perform general office duties including filing, faxing, and email correspondence Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding payroll and driver information Support daily administrative operations as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration experience is preferred. Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar business systems is beneficial. Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, or reconciliation procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, dependability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as a Driver Payroll Clerk. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to review financial documents and enter data accurately. Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining attention to detail throughout the workday.
