Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating manual or hydraulic pallet jacks preferred
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team

• Stack finished product cases onto pallets according to required configurations
• Keep pace with a fast-moving production conveyor
• Hand-pack products as needed
• Label finished cases with product and date information
• Operate manual and hydraulic pallet jacks
• Move finished pallets to designated warehouse locations
• Inspect products and packaging for quality issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Palletizer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
