Job Summary Under the supervision of the Non-Invasive Testing Department (NITD) Director and Operations Manager, the department secretary performs a wide range of secretarial duties for the following NITD areas: Autonomic Testing; Cardiac Stress Testing; EEG: Echocardiography Lab; EKG; Pulmonary Function Testing; and Vascular Lab. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Associate's Degree preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Licenses and Credentials Experience Non-Invasive Testing: 1-3 years' experience in medical, customer service setting Non-Invasive Testing: 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred * Experience with Epic is preferred * Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly as situations arise * Knowledge of standard office equipment * Professional and confidential telephone skills * Can troubleshoot registration errors and establish a professional relationship with various scheduling departments Additional Job Details (if applicable) Remote Type Onsite Work Location 1153 Centre Street Scheduled Weekly Hours 0 Employee Type Per Diem Work Shift Day (United States of America) Pay Range $19.30 - $28.68/Hourly Grade SF1140 At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
