Job Summary SummaryProvides leadership to multiple related teams and/or an entity-wide function of Advanced Practice Providers. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Provides leadership and clinical direction of multiple related teams and/or entity-wide functions of SRNAs. -Active in entity-wide strategic planning efforts and major initiatives as they relate to SRNAs. -Develops operational and strategic plans for departments as it pertains to SRNA clinical scheduling -Ensures CRNA providers are aware of and compliant with departmental, hospital, and medical staff policies. -Oversees staffing and scheduling of CRNAs. -Monitors patient experience and patient flow. -Leads continuing education plans for CRNAs. -Develops, evaluates, and manages quality and safety outcomes in collaboration with hospital and enterprise quality and safety standards. -Serves as the strategic hub of effective & transparent communication between the CRNAs and other medical staff.
