Primary Responsibilities



  • Coordinates employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.
  • Ensures accuracy of data change requests through HRIS system and processes data changes.
  • Conducts new hire onboarding and termination processes.
  • Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports.
  • Partners with Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of employee data for semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
  • Provides written and verbal employment verifications.
  • Supports recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, posting positions, and communicating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assists with auditing and running HRIS reports to support HR and cross-functional requests.
  • Supports fleet management, including tracking vehicle assignments, maintenance, and compliance documentation.


Qualifications



  • BA/BS in human resources, psychology, or related field required
  • 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced HR department preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation.
  • Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service.

The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
