Job Description
Pitt County Government - Human Resources is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to:

- Assist with front desk coverage in the Human Resources Department which is located at the front entrance of the County Administration Building
- Assist with filing or purging old records
- Assist in the review and inventory of training materials by going through all of the training materials to determine type, content, and usability.
- Assist with HR inventories
- Review and assist with the development of training modules and developing training proposals per topics
- Helping to develop FAQs or other materials
- Assisting with the Volunteer Services Program

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Prefer a candidate with great communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate with internal customers which includes supervisors and employees of the county and external customers who are seeking services from the county.
