QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience * Five (5) years Marketing Operations or Business Operations experience * Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and process optimization * Experience with project management and change management initiatives * Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities JOB CONDITIONS: None This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memhpis, TN, Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week. POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide strategic advisory support for marketing operations optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation across all marketing functions.
