Overview

The Senior Treasury Analyst position plays a critical part in managing the company's cash and ensuring accurate and timely cash transaction posting. The position will work closely with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash activity, enhance Treasury workflows, and support compliance and audit requirements.



Responsibilities

* Cash Management

o Prepare the daily cash position that drives the company's short-term borrowing and investing needs

o Prepare daily cash packet to facilitate posting cash in the general ledger

o Prepare wires and ACH transfers in online banking platforms

o Prepare journal entries as needed

o Prepare month-end close activities

o Prepare ad hoc cash reports as needed

* Bank Administration Support/Backup

o Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and maintenance

o Assist with KYC requests, documentation updates, and compliance requirements

o Manage bank signer updates and user access

o Maintain internal records of bank accounts and critical documentation

* Other

o Assist with audit and SOX documentation requests

o Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Cash Disbursements, Rev Cycle, Legal, Payroll, IT) on Treasury-related items

o Identify automation opportunities and partner with IT to enhance Treasury workflows

o Help support or optimize Treasury Management System (TMS) functionality

o Contribute to special projects and initiatives



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Treasury
  • Prior banking experience/knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of general accounting and US GAAP
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, and advanced Excel
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP) preferred
  • Knowledge of internal and external audit requirements (SOX)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective project management skills to succeed with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to continually look for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment
  • Travel up to 25%
