What You'll Do



  • Develop and execute materials sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and lead-time objectives.
  • Build and manage a global supplier network, with a strong focus on partners in Asia, fostering strong relationships and optimizing performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with development, planning, and costing teams to drive informed sourcing decisions that shape product outcomes.
  • Lead seasonal execution and tracking, ensuring timelines and deliverables are consistently met and projects stay on course.
  • Analyze complex data and synthesize key insights to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders, guiding critical business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and process improvement, continuously enhancing efficiency and resilience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail and consistently delivering exceptional results.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in materials sourcing, product sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or product development.
  • A strong background in materials, including textiles, fabrics, and trims.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with international suppliers, particularly those based in Asia.
  • Advanced Excel skills for robust data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience in performance or athletic environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience sourcing woven materials or technical textiles.
  • Background in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Exposure to sustainability or supplier strategy initiatives.
