Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, handling routine questions, and supporting security-related operations from the dispatch post.
• Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or camera systems, receive reports of incidents or service needs, and coordinate the appropriate response in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, calls for service, and daily activity in logs and reports, communicating relevant updates to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations by dispatching officers or other appropriate personnel, tracking activity, and relaying information clearly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support functions such as monitoring activity across the location perimeter and interior areas through available systems, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• A tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations are required in accordance with COLA, DPSS, and DHS requirements.
• Hospital vaccines are required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
