As a Security Officer Highrise Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while bringing a reliable, agile, and innovative approach with integrity at the center of every interaction.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unauthorized activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity to help support authorized entry procedures and report concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
