**What You'll Do:**

As a key contributor to the digital marketing team, you will combine tactical campaign execution with operational project management, playing a vital role in bringing customer-facing messaging campaigns to life. Your work will directly support promotional marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives. You will:

* Coordinate and partner cross-functionally with internal and vendor teams to set-up, schedule, deploy, and maintain approval processes for messaging campaigns using third-party marketing platforms.

* Manage and create campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring all deliverables meet timing, quality, and business requirements.

* Ensure graphic assets are delivered accurately and to specifications for content development.

* Manage linking setup and validate promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures.

* Perform comprehensive QA testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and the overall customer experience.

* Track projects and communicate updates across various teams, maintaining transparency and alignment.

* Support campaign execution, managing market nuances and translation coordination.

* Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues as needed, ensuring swift resolution.

* Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes, contributing to continuous improvement.

* Assist in documenting operational procedures and best practices for campaign execution and QA processes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in deadline-driven environments and possesses a keen eye for detail. You are eager to learn and grow your knowledge in marketing operations, always seeking to better the system.

* 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production, and/or project management.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with some project management experience.

* Ability to keep track of multiple projects and the progress of others on the team.

* High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.

* Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.

* Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.

* Experience with messaging channels (SMS, Push Notifications & In-App) and a working knowledge of how content is created and deployed.

* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
