THE ROLE

You'll support the Men's Apparel Product Management team as a sample manager and line plan coordinator during a temporary coverage period. This is a hands-on role that blends operational support with exposure to product development. You'll work closely with the sample team, merchandising, product management, and design teams to keep samples organized, tracked, and ready for decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON



  • Manage and organize product samples through the development process, including tracking, hanging, labeling, and storage
  • Maintain and update collection visual line plans (VLPs) and related tools in internal systems
  • Support the team with data entry, chart updates, and general line plan administration
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on sample requests, feedback, and delivery
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in daily operations
  • Learn about product creation, color development, and technical product specifications
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities shift regularly


WHO YOU ARE



  • 2+ years of experience in office management, sample coordination, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in retail, product management, or merchandising (or equivalent combination of experience)
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
  • Comfortable with systems management and updating charts/line plans in internal platforms
  • Past experience with relevant industry tools and platforms is a plus
  • Genuine enthusiasm for product, consumer culture, or the industry we serve
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hands-on role


NICE TO HAVE



  • Experience in or knowledge of apparel/footwear product development
  • Interest in learning about color design, technical development, or product specifications
  • Previous contractor experience in similar roles
  • Passion for the product category we're building (demonstrated interest in the space is a bonus)
