You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, fostering a supportive environment, and directly influencing employee satisfaction and retention.

**What You'll Do:**

* Provide expert support for leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans, ensuring compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws.

* Manage all aspects of leave of absence administration, accommodations, and disability support, including complex case escalations.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for direct employee, manager, and vendor interactions, offering research and resolution for complex issues.

* Collaborate closely with internal partners such as the HR contact center, Legal, and Payroll teams, as well as third-party vendors.

* Act as a liaison between employees and disability/leave of absence vendors, ensuring proper integration of FMLA administration with short-term disability plans.

* Interpret HR policy and legislative developments to maintain compliance across all programs.

* Respond to and resolve escalations and inquiries from employees, managers, vendors, and internal/external call centers.

* Partner with Legal, HR management, and internal corporate functions to address complex and time-sensitive issues effectively.

* Identify root causes of issues and propose solutions to management, contributing to continuous process improvement.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent extensive work experience.

* Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in leave of absence, return to work programs, ADA, extended medical leave programs, short-term disability, and long-term disability.

* Proven experience with ADA & Accommodations.

* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to execute high-quality work on time.

* Experience learning new processes and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing practices.

* Solid HR Systems knowledge and experience.

* Experience working with third-party disability and leave of absence administrators.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
