In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping product narratives, guiding launch strategies, and ensuring features resonate deeply with target users. You'll be the voice of the market, translating insights into actionable strategies that directly influence product development and drive widespread adoption.

**What you'll do:**

* Drive comprehensive product marketing strategies, providing critical market context and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

* Lead decision-making and establish guiding principles for the successful launch and sustained growth of product features and services.

* Educate marketing teams, champion content strategy, execute impactful medium to large-scale campaigns, and scale marketing initiatives effectively.

* Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns across diverse channels to enhance product education, engagement, and adoption.

* Analyze detailed insights and broader market implications to develop optimal solutions for complex challenges.

* Continuously expand knowledge of industry and product landscapes, staying abreast of the latest trends.

* Serve as a subject matter expert for products and features, contributing to development processes, conducting market analysis, and forecasting industry trends.

* Orchestrate the development of marketing plans for regional and functional teams, reviewing portfolios, prioritizing goals, and defining positioning strategies.

* Lead the development and deployment of strategic frameworks for product marketing content across all channels.

* As a key contributor, define, collect, and track essential quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics for new and existing ventures.

* Validate market size and opportunities, leveraging expertise to identify new market potential and collaborating with teams to build strategic rationales and visions.

* Deeply understand products and target audiences to craft compelling positioning, develop and execute robust go-to-market plans, and refine messaging for new features.

* Generate profound user insights to integrate the user voice into product development and marketing, providing feedback for user experience improvements and advocating for enhanced in-product engagement.

* Champion product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to various product voices and goals.

* Independently develop marketing content aligned with product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional and production teams to iterate and publish final content.

* Autonomously define, scope, manage, and guide user research initiatives with internal and external partners.

* Lead and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, communications, and programs, ensuring alignment with user needs and team objectives, and driving performance analysis for continuous optimization across integrated channels.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in driving product marketing strategy and execution.

* Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis, predict trends, and provide actionable insights.

* Experience in developing and executing innovative, medium to large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels.

* Proficiency in defining, collecting, and tracking both quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics.

* Expertise in validating market size and opportunities, and developing comprehensive go-to-market plans.

* Strong capability in developing user insights and integrating the user voice into product development and marketing strategies.

* Extensive experience in product brand positioning, value proposition development, and messaging strategy.

* Ability to independently create marketing content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and production teams.

* Experience in independently determining, scoping, managing, and guiding user research.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

* Proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and landscape knowledge.
