Baptist Health is looking for a Workday Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

The Workday Service Desk Analyst serves as owner of Workday requests, training, and issue resolution via Cherwell tickets, email, and phone. Ad hoc responsibilities such as report writing, data analysis and clean up, and project support are also additional responsibilities of this role. Advise HRIS Director of common or recurring issues that may require process improvement development. Customer service and training for all Workday users is often required.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree
  • 2 years experience
  • Additional direct experience above minimum job-related experience listed above may be substituted fordegree
