Requirements and Preferences
| Work Schedule |
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, On-site one day per week on Wednesdays, with the ability to come to campus for meetings and events as needed |
| Other Work/Responsibilities |
Recruitment Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate hiring activities from requisition intake through candidate placement.
- Assist recruiters with posting positions, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing documentation.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and employment records.
- Monitor workflows, track candidate progress, and process pre-employment background checks.
- Manage shared recruitment inboxes and respond to routine inquiries.
- Perform data entry, including entering time details between vendor and payroll systems.
Candidate Experience & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary contact for applicants regarding application status, interview logistics, and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and human resources representatives.
- Assist candidates with navigating recruitment technology, including online applications and video interview platforms.
Sourcing & Marketing Support
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, university resources, and talent pools.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, hiring events, and outreach activities.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and administrative processes.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and training materials.

| Minimum Experience/Education |
- High school diploma or GED with demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, administrative support, or customer service; OR
- Associate degree with related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
