Responsibilities & Expectations: As an IPS Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the disassembly and assembly of AC/DC motors, generators, gearboxes, and related equipment. You'll use innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to repair a variety of industrial equipment while supporting our culture of continuous improvement. We'll provide on-the-job training with tasks that align with the FAME program curriculum throughout the semester. Your responsibilities may include:
