What You'll Do As a Respiratory Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments Provide ventilator management and monitoring Deliver tracheostomy (Trach) care Administer respiratory treatments and oxygen therapy Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor residents' respiratory status and modify treatments as appropriate Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately Educate residents, families, and staff regarding respiratory care Qualifications Applicants should possess: Associate's degree (minimum) from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program Iowa Respiratory Therapist License (or eligibility) CRTT, CRT, RRT, or CCT credential BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive wages - applicable shift differentials available Tuition reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with employer match Employee Concierge Program Internal advancement opportunities Supportive leadership invested in your success Get paid as you earn - paid daily through Tap Check.
