You Are:

As the Industry Senior Client Partner - Technology (HiTech) for UST, you are a senior growth leader responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic client engagement across UST's HiTech vertical. Leveraging deep expertise in the hardware technology ecosystem-including servers, storage, networking, semiconductors, devices, and AI infrastructure-you will identify, shape, and accelerate opportunities for UST's digital transformation, engineering, cloud, data, AI, and managed services portfolio.

The opportunity:



  • Drive growth and expansion of UST's HiTech vertical by identifying, originating, and influencing strategic opportunities across hardware technology clients and prospects.
  • Partner with Client Partners to develop account growth strategies and drive the adoption of UST's digital transformation, product engineering, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services capabilities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and industry mentor, coaching Client Partners on market trends, client priorities, competitive positioning, executive engagement, and opportunity enhancement.
  • Advise clients on business and technology transformation initiatives spanning product engineering, AI infrastructure, hardware modernization, digital operations, supply chain transformation, and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop and execute industry-focused go-to-market strategies aligned with emerging technology trends and client investment priorities.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Chief Product Officers, Heads of Engineering, and other senior technology leaders.
  • Support account planning, pipeline development, deal qualification, and strategic pursuits to drive bookings, revenue growth, and profitability across the vertical.
  • Collaborate with UST practices and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions that address industry-specific business challenges and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and co-innovation initiatives with hardware OEMs, semiconductor companies, cloud providers, and technology ecosystem partners.
  • Lead industry thought leadership initiatives and represent UST at key client, partner, and industry events.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional global teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and long-term strategic value.



What you need:



  • At least 15 years of experience selling technology services, consulting, engineering services, digital transformation, or managed services within the HiTech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the hardware technology ecosystem, including servers, storage, networking, semiconductors, devices, AI infrastructure, and related technology trends.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, originating new business, expanding strategic accounts, and closing complex multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive-level relationships within Fortune 500 technology companies, OEMs, platform providers, and semiconductor organizations.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading client-facing sales teams, with the ability to elevate industry knowledge and sales effectiveness across a broader organization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, product engineering, cloud modernization, data and AI, intelligent operations, and technology services delivery models.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing industry-focused go-to-market strategies and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to translate industry trends into growth opportunities.

Role Location: Remote US

Salary Range: $174,000-$261,000

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
