Job Summary The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, repackaging products, inventory support, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to company standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced setting. Job Responsibilities Assist with loading trucks according to company distribution standards Verify truck loads for accuracy based on Account Manager requests Rotate products on trucks and within the warehouse according to expiration dates Clean and repackage products in accordance with company standards Dispose of damaged or out-of-code products after approval from management Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines Support general warehouse operations and team activities as assigned Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including reaching, handling, lifting, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment and in varying weather conditions Ability to work in a moderate noise-level environment Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
