Global Account Manager

Pay: $150k - $190k

Job Summary
The GlobalAccount Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across global business lines for a designated key account. This role develops, implements, and manages the global account strategy with a focus on increasing share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams to coordinate sales activities, strengthen executive-level customer relationships, and resolve complex customer issues. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial leadership, technical expertise in robotics or advanced mechatronics systems, and experience managing global customer relationships within highly matrixed organizations.

Job Responsibilities



  • Lead a virtual team of Account Managers representing key account locations globally to drive profitable growth across relevant local business lines.
  • Develop and implement a global account strategy focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish global offerings including robots, robot accessories, function packages, robot cells, turnkey solutions, and customer service solutions for the key account.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic account plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed global account plans and implement tracking systems to monitor progress across business lines and local business units.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain a player map to support strategic relationship management and engagement planning.
  • Coordinate regular engagement programs between customer executives, internal leadership teams, and local sales representatives.
  • Serve as the primary global representative for the key account across executive offices and manufacturing locations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales execution, customer issue resolution, and long-term account growth initiatives.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and support strategic business development activities.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management and Key Account Management roles.
  • Strong preference for experience within robotics or consumer segment global manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical background in robotics or advanced mechatronics systems.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Perception AI and Physical AI, preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex decision-making units within large global organizations.
  • Experience working within highly matrixed business environments.
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams in a virtual environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%.
  • Fluent English communication skills required.
