The Supply Planner (Entry Level) supports supply chain operations by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products are delivered in the appropriate quantities and within required timelines. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, warehouse operations, and internal teams while maintaining accurate contract and supply data. Job Responsibilities




  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to support supply continuity



  • Coordinate with suppliers to help ensure timely and accurate product deliveries aligned with business requirements



  • Monitor supply chain activities and escalate deviations or issues as appropriate



  • Update and maintain internal contract records using designated systems and data sources



  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of supply-related documentation



  • Perform routine data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks



  • Conduct basic analysis of product assortment and supply chain performance metrics



  • Support identification of supply chain deviations and assist with corrective actions



  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and digital enhancements



  • Assist with broader supply planning activities as knowledge and skills develop




Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred



  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain policies and procedures



  • Ability to work effectively under close supervision in a structured environment




Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered for review.

Work Experience
Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, data administration, or related fields. Internship experience is acceptable.
