Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading, repackaging, inventory handling, and general facility maintenance. This role ensures that products are accurately loaded onto trucks in accordance with distribution standards and customer requirements. The Warehouse Loader also supports product rotation, quality control, and warehouse cleanliness to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical capability, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Load trucks with products in accordance with established distribution standards and loading instructions
• Verify that truck loads are accurate and aligned with account requirements
• Rotate product in the warehouse and on trucks based on expiration dates and inventory guidelines
• Repackage and clean product according to company quality standards
• Identify and appropriately handle damaged or out-of-code product following approval procedures
• Dispose of approved damaged or outdated product in accordance with operational guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, including daily sweeping, trash removal, and periodic floor cleaning
• Support general warehouse operations as needed to ensure efficiency and organization
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Job Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to operational standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Awareness of safety procedures in warehouse or distribution settings

Work Experience

• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling and moving materials
• Frequent walking and sitting; occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in environments with moving mechanical equipment and moderate noise levels
• Ability to perform tasks requiring close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
