Role Overview Hands-on Power Platform Administrator focused on day-to-day operations and task execution - not architecture or design. Must be able to hit the ground running and work independently within a fast-moving, small team environment. Position Summary - Mid-to-senior level administrator supporting enterprise Power Platform governance and automation - Primary focus on migrating Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps into a newly architected environment - Operates within two-week sprint cycles, executing assigned tasks independently from start to finish Key Responsibilities - Administer environments, DLP policies, and access controls across dev, test, and production - Execute migration tasks - moving Power Automate flows and Canvas Apps from legacy to new environments - Troubleshoot connector issues, token usage, performance problems, and pipeline failures - Support ALM and CI/CD pipeline operations within Power Platform - Work directly with internal customers to understand their solutions and facilitate migrations - Contribute to PowerShell scripting and other technical tasks as needed - Pitch in across the team wherever needed - everyone contributes broadly *Skills* power platform, Power Automate, canvas apps, canvas applications, ALM Pipelines, Pipelines, Dataverse, DLP, DLP Administration, environment management, ALM, ci/cd pipelines, powershell, azure, Terraform, auto provisioning, Entra ID, Offshore Collaboration, RunBooks *Top Skills Details* power platform,Power Automate,canvas apps,canvas applications,ALM Pipelines,Pipelines,Dataverse,DLP,DLP Administration,environment management,ALM,ci/cd pipelines *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE *Hands on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform (Power App's, Power Automate, Dataverse) *Strong understanding of governance, DLP policies, and environment strategy in an enterprise setting *Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, roles, security groups *Experience supporting application lifecycle management and structured deployments (managed solutions, pipelines, approvals) *Proven ability to troubleshoot platform issues related to performance, connectors, capacity, and reliability - Mid-level experience - roughly 7-10 years of focused Power Platform work - Resume and LinkedIn should reflect a doer, not a director - candidates with heavy team management backgrounds are not the right fit for this role - Ability to be productive within the first two weeks - Dave has had contractors not work out before and is looking for someone who can demonstrate value quickly - Clear, professional communication with internal customers is required *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altamonte Springs, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
